How does Subscribe & Save work?

Choose Subscribe & Save on any soup, select a quantity and how often it arrives, and each delivery is prepared and billed automatically on that schedule at the subscription price.

Is there a minimum number of soups for a subscription?

Yes. Soup Club deliveries require a minimum of 4 soups per recurring order. You can mix and match any combination of flavors you like.

Do I have to order four of the same soup?

No. Choose any combination of Soup & Story soups. You can order four different flavors, two of one and two of another, or any combination totaling at least four soups.

Will I receive the same soups every time?

Your current soup selection repeats automatically with each delivery unless you change it. You can request different flavors for an upcoming delivery up to 7 days before your next order is processed.

Can I change the soups in my subscription?

Yes. Soup Club deliveries remain flexible. Choose different flavors or quantities for an upcoming delivery as long as your recurring order still contains at least 4 soups. Changes must be requested at least 7 days before your next order is processed.

Can I change only my next delivery?

Yes. You can request a change for your next delivery only or make a new selection your recurring mix for future deliveries.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. You can skip an upcoming delivery from your account before it is processed, and the schedule picks up again after it.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Pause for as long as you like and resume whenever you are ready.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, with no cancellation fee.

How do I manage my subscription?

Skipping, pausing, resuming, cancelling, your payment method and your address are all handled in your customer account.
